Adarsh Developers I think they are good builders
I am waiting for Adarsh to complete the project which I am assured will be in 8 months. This is good as many reputed builders have been known to delay projects by 2 to 3 years.
It is also slightly inside the ORR but the connectivity is going to be good as roads and other amenities are well in place.
The best part is the architecture, which is just out of the world giving an old world charm. But I heard about some money problem anything to worry?

we had booked a flat in adarsh palm retreat on the outer ring road, 10 months back they have taken 25% money and have yet not started the work.my building's name is jasmine.i have read several reviews about the company that it would take it 15 years or so to complete the township. i cannot wait for so many years for the project to complete.please tell us how we can retrieve our money back from the builder.i am an old person who has invested his savings into a project which i dont know when it would be handed over to me.please help out.

Big time cheats, they have no money to start any new towers as they have invested heavily on the star hotel they have ventured into which is a massive failure financially. All money that gets collected from customers is diverted into the hotel.
If you are looking for a refund after cancellation of an apartment, keep your fingers crossed as there is a good chance they might not pay for years.
We booked an apartment 5months back and paid 15 %, but soon after we had doubts on Adarsh's credibility and cancelled the booking. It has been 5 months, but there is no sign of our money. They ignore our emails and phone calls.
Has anybody been successful in getting their money back from Adarsh?
A FEW MONTHS BACK ONE OF aDARSH gENERAL MANAGERS WASIN JAIL FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS FOR CHEATING A CUSTOMER.
NOW THEY HAVE HIRED A GOONDA CALLED HK RAVI TO THREATEN CUSTOMERS AND EMPLYEES.

They would sit on your money and would expect you to bear with them on all the occasions.For adarsh Tower-2 they have made me wait for almost 5+ years and there is no sign of completion.
Pros: Nothing Except that they are very good at FALSE promises
